Who we are
Dormant Garden Club (dormantgardenclub.com) sells printed and embroidered apparel to customers in the United States. Questions about your data: support@dormantgardenclub.com.
What we collect
When you order: your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number if you give it, what you bought and any note you add.
Payment details: you type your card into secure fields run by our payment processor, WooPayments (powered by Stripe). We never see or store your full card number.
When you browse: small cookies that keep your cart working and remember your cookie choice, plus standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) that our web host keeps for security.
How we use it
To take payment, print and ship your order, send order and shipping emails, handle refunds and replacements, answer your questions, prevent fraud, and keep the records that accounting and tax law require.
Who we share it with
WooPayments and Stripe process payments and screen for fraud. Printify and its print partners print and pack your order, so they receive your name, shipping address and the items ordered. Shipping carriers deliver it. Our web host stores the website. Each uses your information only to provide its service to us.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Cookies
We use cookies that are needed for the cart and checkout. The cookie banner lets you accept or reject anything non-essential. We do not currently run advertising pixels. If we add analytics or advertising tools, we will update this page and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
Emails
We send emails about your order. We do not send marketing emails unless you sign up for them, and every marketing email will have an unsubscribe link.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as accounting and tax law requires, and other information only as long as we need it for the purposes above.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop using it for a particular purpose. Email support@dormantgardenclub.com and we will reply within 30 days. We will not treat you differently for asking. If you live in the EU or UK you can also complain to your data protection authority. California residents have the right to know, delete and correct their personal information and to opt out of its sale or sharing; we do not sell or share it.
Children
Our store is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Where your data is processed
Our service providers and our team may process your information in the United States and in the European Union. We only use providers that protect it with appropriate safeguards.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
