Ordering and shipping
When will my order arrive?
Each piece is made for you after you order and typically ships in 2 to 3 business days (3 to 5 when embroidered). Standard tracked US shipping then takes 2 to 5 business days, so most orders arrive 4 to 8 business days after you order (5 to 10 for embroidered pieces). You get a tracking link by email when it ships.
How much is shipping?
$4.95 anywhere in the US, and free on orders over $85.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet. We ship to US addresses only for now, including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico (allow 7 to 12 extra business days).
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email support@dormantgardenclub.com as soon as you can. Production starts quickly, but if your order has not gone into production yet we will change or cancel it.
Sizing and fit
How does the Comfort Colors 1717 fit?
Relaxed and unisex, a little boxy, with room through the body. Most women size down one for a closer fit. Lay a tee you love flat, measure armpit to armpit, and compare with the size table on any product page.
How do the sweatshirts and caps fit?
The Comfort Colors 1566 crewneck is relaxed: size down one for a closer fit. The Gildan 18000 crewneck is a classic fit, true to size. Caps are one size fits most and adjust at the back. Every product page has its own size table.
Will it shrink?
The 1717 is pre-shrunk. Cotton can still tighten slightly in a hot dryer, so wash cold and tumble low or hang dry.

Materials and care
What are the tees made of?
Comfort Colors 1717: 6.1 oz, 100% ring-spun cotton, garment-dyed for that already-loved softness. Because the dye goes on after the shirt is sewn, every shirt varies a little in tone.
How do I wash a tee?
Machine wash cold, inside out. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Skip bleach and do not iron the print.
And the sweatshirts and caps?
The Comfort Colors 1566 is 80% ring-spun cotton and 20% polyester, garment-dyed. The Gildan 18000 is a 50/50 cotton and polyester fleece. Caps are washed cotton twill. Wash sweatshirts cold, inside out, and do not iron the print or embroidery. Spot clean caps, or hand wash cold and air dry.

What if I do not love it?
Tell us within 30 days of your order and we refund you. You do not need to send it back. See our refund policy.
My order arrived damaged or misprinted.
Email support@dormantgardenclub.com with your order number and a photo, and we replace it at no cost.
